It is an amazing book, I am currently taking an Urban Economics class and we refer to this book almost every other minute. I highly recommend it, especially if you are going into Urban Real Estate or want to learn more about Urban Economics. I do say that you should get the used book as it is well take care of and does not present any damages. you will save a lot of money by doing this, rather than spending 100+ dollars for a new book.
I ordered this book for one of my Urban Planning college courses. The book was as described. There was little to no damage to the book and it had all of its pages. I definitely scored with ordering this one because it saved me quite a bit of money!
This is what I ordered, but this book has some errors in it. For example when doing homework questions I had to figure out that it referred to the wrong diagrams.
It's a good book. My teacher recommended this. It just does not follow the Urban Eco class that I was taking. Some professors with tenor have their own material and this book is maybe for a professor that does not have his own lessons. So the book didn't really help me for tests but nothing wrong with it if your teachers teaches more from the Book i guess. The book had used 2 of my teachers graphs which was kinda cool. The seller shipped very quick. The book is a little more simple than a 400 level ECO class, probably at a 200 level difficulty? UB eco ;)
